Kangaroo Segway Tour Rider Requirements
Age Limit
Age 12 years and up.
Weight Restrictions
Weight under 120kg, ***please contact us prior to booking if you are over the recommended weight, as tours maybe altered to suit.
Under 18 Years Waiver
Guests under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
Mobility Issues
Not recommended for guests with some mobility or motor control issues. If you are concerned about mobility issues please call us to discuss. We want every rider to have a safe tour.
Pregnant Guests
Pregnant guests are not allowed on the tour due to fall risk.
Physical Abilities
Be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail.
Mobility Issues
Kangaroo Segway Tours has a strict policy against alcohol consumption and Segway operation. Alcohol is forbidden on all Segway tours and any client suspected of drinking before or during a Segway tour will immediately forfeit their tour and no refund will be given.
Helmet Requirements
Helmets are provided and required. Safety first – enjoy your ride with peace of mind!
Footwear
No thongs, flip-flops, open-toe sandals, or high heels. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes for your safety and enjoyment.
Guest Waiver
Sign guest liability waiver. Your safety is our priority – please complete the waiver to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Foot Traffic
Respect other tour guests, road signs, pedestrians, bikes and cars for a safe enjoyable ride.
